He completed Urology and OB/GYN residencies at Montefiore Medical Center and Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, affiliates of Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology has accredited Elias Moukarzel, MD, FACOG, FPMRS with two board certifications, the first in OB/GYN, and the second in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
